Plus, Guldo was fighting against two people above 10,000 rather than 1. He could easily be close to that range yet still stand no chance, just like Freeza stating that the teamwork of Zarbon and Dodoria would definately deal with Vegeta easily.
Yeah I made a typo. I meant to say well below 10 000 but around 5 000
